Veeravilli Agraharam is a small village with four habitations, 669 households and a population of 2,465 people. There is a Mandal Praja Parishad Upper Primary School with about 220 students up to Class VIII. 

Many individuals having roots in Veeravilli have been supporting the development of the village for many years. Families such as the Dasigis who were residents of Veeravilli from 1865 to 1957 and very much connected and contributive to Veeravilli to date. The village is a shining example of how a collaborative approach between the community, the sarpanch, and migrants from the village can together achieve tremendous progress.
